How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days from our Colorado workshop. Personalized maps ship after you approve your proof, which we send within one business day of ordering.

Are these the same maps you sold at full price?

Yes. These are the exact same paper editions we've shipped for years, with the same cartography, frame, personalization options, and 150-pin set. Nothing about the product has changed, only the price.

Will paper maps come back?

Once this inventory sells through, our standard line will be canvas only.

What pin colors are included?

Every map ships with 150 pins in a mix of red, white, and black. Additional pin colors and quantities are available as add-ons on the product page.

How does personalization work?

Personalization is free on every map. Your plaque can contain up to 3 lines of text at 35 characters per line.

What's the return policy on sale items?

Non-personalized items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Personalized maps are not returnable because each one is custom-printed for you.
